We offer 6-month residential seasonal contracts (November 1 – April 30), with the option to save $50 per month when paid in full at the start of the season.

Our Process

  1. Purchase Your Seasonal Service
    Begin by selecting and purchasing your preferred snow removal service directly through our website. This payment covers the full six-month seasonal contract (November 1 – April 30).

  2. Confirmation Email
    After your purchase, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email letting you know that your payment was received and that your contract will be sent next for review and acceptance.

  3. Contract Review & Acceptance
    We will then email your official service contract. Please review and accept the contract to activate your seasonal service. Services will not begin until the contract has been accepted. (if you’d like to see what the contract would look like, prior to ordering, please call Aaron at 605-366-7178)

  4. Refunds & Cancellations
    Once your contract is accepted, your spot for the season is secured. All sales are final. Refunds and cancellations are not accepted after contract approval.

  5. Late Season Sign-Ups
    If you begin services after November, the full seasonal payment is still required. Any unused months prior to the start of your contract will be applied as a credit toward the following season’s payment.

  6. Seasonal Coverage
    The seasonal rate covers the entire six-month period, regardless of how often snow accumulation occurs. This ensures your service availability for the full season, even during lighter snow years.

  • Q: When do you come after a snowfall?
    A: Our crews start clearing as soon as snow has stopped. We do our best to get properties cleared in the middle of the night to have a clean property for everyone to get out in the morning, however depending on when the snow stops this isn’t always realistic. Your property will be completely cleared within 24 hrs after snow has stopped.

  • Q: How will I know when you’ve been to my property?
    A: Our team works efficiently and discreetly to ensure your property is cleared as soon as possible. You’ll notice clean driveways, sidewalks, and walkways upon completion.

  • Q: Do you offer one-time snow removal services?
    A: Our primary focus is on seasonal contracts to guarantee consistent service and reliable scheduling throughout the winter. However, limited one-time cleanups, haul-outs, etc. may be available depending on weather and crew capacity—please contact us for availability.

  • Q: Can I cancel my seasonal service if I no longer need it?
    A: Once a contract has been accepted, services are final and non-refundable. Your seasonal slot is reserved for you all winter long, ensuring we’re fully staffed and prepared for your property.

  • Q: What happens if I start my service after November?
    A: If you begin your seasonal contract after the official start date, the full seasonal payment is still required. Any unused months prior to your start date will roll over as a credit toward the following season’s payment.

  • Q: What if it doesn’t snow much this year?
    A: The seasonal rate covers the entire November 1st – April 30th contract period, regardless of how often snow accumulation occurs. This guarantees your property remains on our service route and fully covered for the season.

  • Q: My driveway was cleared but they just left and didn’t do the sidewalks?
    A: Our crews go clear driveways first and sidewalk crews follow up behind to do the fine details. They will be there shortly.
